The minerality of this 2009 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru makes it a perfect accompaniment to fine dining — especially seafood. Made from Verzenay Chardonnay grapes, this cuvée has a bouquet of green apples and zesty lime, revealing a faint creaminess and pastry notes. Restrained and refined, with a fine, crackly bead, its core of apple, lemon and grapefruit flavour extends with a lasting finish of butter notes.
